The Plenary Mercenaries, often called the Plenary Mercs or the Plenary Hounds is a major trade house in Reseggia, with a place on the Reseggian Council. They serve as the confederacy's combined militia, as well as provided bodyguards and outfitters. Their symbol is the dog.
